Do I have to switch off my current scheduler?+

Sessurely is your booking page, so most people make it their main one. You can also run it alongside what you use today and switch fully when you're ready.

Is it only for no-shows?+

No. No-show recovery is the part that pays for itself fastest, but Sessurely runs the whole appointment: reminders, client records and intake, follow-ups, rebooking, packages, waitlist, payments, and reporting.

How do you actually charge a no-show?+

The client adds a card when they book and agrees to your policy. If they no-show or cancel late, Sessurely charges the deposit you set, automatically, through Stripe.

Are there per-booking or hidden fees?+

No. You pay one flat monthly price for your plan: no per-booking charge, no commission, and no cut of your earnings. Stripe's standard card processing applies to charges, like it does everywhere.

Do you take a cut of my clients?+

Never. Some platforms take 20-30% on "new" clients they claim to bring you. Your clients are yours. We don't run a marketplace.
