1. Overview
This policy explains how Silk Creative Labs LLC (“Sessurely,” “we”) collects and uses information when you use the Sessurely website and app (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, business details). Client data that Providers add or that clients submit when booking (name, contact details, intake answers, appointment details). Payment data is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. Usage data such as pages viewed and basic device/log information.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service: create bookings, send reminders and confirmations, process deposits and no-show fees, show Providers their data, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and email/SMS providers for notifications. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Provider and client roles
For client data a Provider stores in Sessurely, the Provider is responsible for how they collect and use it. Sessurely processes that data to operate the Service. Clients with questions about their data should contact the Provider they booked with.
6. Data retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, and rely on reputable processors (Stripe, Supabase). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and opt out of non-essential messages. Depending on your location (e.g., California/GDPR regions) you may have additional rights. To exercise them, email us.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies/local storage to run the app and remember preferences, and minimal analytics to understand usage. We aim to keep tracking to a minimum.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
