Text Message (SMS) Program

Sessurely, operated by Silk Creative Labs LLC, is an appointment-booking service for independent service professionals. When you book an appointment on a professional’s Sessurely booking page and choose to give your mobile number, Sessurely sends you text messages about your own appointment on that professional’s behalf. This page explains exactly what we send and how to opt in and out.

What messages you’ll get

Transactional, one-to-one messages tied to an appointment you created:

A booking confirmation when your appointment is set.
A reminder before your appointment.
A no-show or late-cancellation fee notice, where the professional’s posted policy applies.

These are not marketing messages. We don’t send promotions, and message frequency varies with your appointment activity (typically 1–3 messages per appointment).

How you opt in

The mobile-phone field on a Sessurely booking page is optional. A disclosure is shown directly beside it at all times. By entering your mobile number and submitting the booking, you agree to receive the appointment texts described above. Consent is not a condition of booking — you can leave the phone field blank and use email instead. This is exactly what the contact step of the booking form looks like:

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation and no further texts.
